Our Process
We’ve created a special 4-step process designed to make estate planning clear, manageable, and meaningful for every family. Each step is built to ensure that your plan reflects your values, protects your loved ones, and grows with you over time.
Asset & Legacy Planning Session
A personal consultation and education session. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and I will teach you about wills, trusts, and estate planning. By the end, you’ll understand your options and have a clear path forward.
Design Session
Next, we’ll dive deeper to design your customized plan, including incapacity planning, healthcare decisions, guardianship for minor children (if applicable), and how your assets will be distributed.
Review Session
A Zoom meeting to review your draft documents in detail. To ensure you fully understand everything and your documents accurately reflect your wishes.
Signing Ceremony
An in-person signing with witnesses and a notary. You’ll receive your completed plan in a beautifully organized binder and digital copy.
